Gut-loving Overnight Oats Recipe

Overnight Oats

Start your day with a breakfast that truly loves your gut. Oats are one of nature’s most healing foods—rich in soothing, mucilaginous fibers that coat the digestive tract, calm irritation, and feed beneficial bacteria to help restore microbiome balance and energy flow.

When blended with Eclectic Herb’s Liver & Gallbladder Support Powder, this humble bowl becomes a deeply functional meal. Our fresh freeze-dried herbs—milk thistle, beet root, dandelion, turmeric, nettle, cinnamon, and burdock—work in harmony to support detoxification, bile flow, and smooth digestion so you feel light, clear, and grounded.

The liver and gut share a sacred partnership: one filters and purifies, the other absorbs and transforms. By caring for both, we honor the body’s natural cycles of cleansing, nourishment, and renewal.

"Feed your microbiome, honor your liver, and the rest of you will thank you"
