Carriers
- Our primary carrier is UPS, this is our default shipping option and what is used for orders that qualify for free shipping
- We offer both UPS and USPS shipping options for most customers, including 2-day express delivery for both carriers
- Please note that UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes
Delivery Times
- Most orders received during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm PST) are processed and shipped out same day
- Delivery times may vary and depend greatly upon location and the carrier/service used
- Orders being delivered stateside generally arrive within 1-3 business days
- Hawaii and Alaska customers- please note that due to recent changes in USPS shipping methods, the Ground Advantage option (formerly First Class Mail) may take up to 3 weeks for delivery
- Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, such as severe weather or carrier issues. If this occurs, please refer to your carrier provided tracking for further information and updates
Tracking
- Once an order is processed and shipped, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number and a link to more detailed carrier information
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on package size, weight, and destination
- We offer free shipping on orders over $59 to anywhere in the continental US
- Free shipping offer does not apply to orders being delivered to Alaska or Hawaii, or to orders being shipped via USPS
