What types of extracts are included in this collection?

The Extracts collection features a variety of natural plant extracts designed to nourish and rejuvenate the skin, hair, and wellness routines. Each extract is carefully sourced to ensure quality and potency.

What does wildcrafted mean?

Wildcrafted herbs are plants harvested from their natural habitat rather than cultivated on a farm. We collect them responsibly, ensuring sustainability and preserving natural ecosystems.

Which is better? Capsules, powders, or liquids?

It’s best to choose the form that suits your needs and preferences. Powders are the purest (just the freeze-dried herb), capsules offer convenience, alcohol extracts are portable but fraction-based, and glycerites are sweet, alcohol-free, and great for kids.

Do you use whole herbs or standardized extracts?

We use the whole herb whenever possible. Whole herbs provide a full spectrum of phytochemicals working together, as nature intended. Standardized extracts isolate specific compounds, but they can lose the synergy of the whole plant.

How do you create glycerites?

We use a rare and remarkable piece of equipment called the Lloyd Extractor —a custom-built herbal extraction system designed to preserve the delicate balance of plant constituents while creating some of the most potent glycerites on the market.

Where do your herbs come from?

Our herbs are 95% locally grown in the US, as we freeze-dry our herbs, we need to receive them fresh.

What is your glycerite made from?

Herbs are first extracted in alcohol, then the alcohol is removed with a Lloyd’s Extractor and replaced with Kosher vegetable glycerin.

What is your alcohol made from?

Our extracts are made with alcohol from cane sugar (like rum).

Are your products Kosher?

All freeze-dried capsules, powders, and glycerites are 100% Kosher, certified by Rabbi Shlomo Truzman.

Are your products Organic and Non-GMO?

All Eclectic Herb products are non-GMO. We use certified organic and wildcrafted herbs grown on local organic farms and ethically harvested from clean habitats.
