Green Goddess Mocktail with Celery Juice

A crisp, herbal refresher for hot days and hot moods—featuring Eclectic’s freeze-dried celery powder, green apple, basil, and a splash of tangy brightness.

Ingredients:

  • ½ tsp Eclectic’s Freeze-Dried Celery Juice Powder

  • ½ green apple, chopped

  • Handful of fresh basil (about 6–8 leaves)

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup (to taste)

  • Club soda or sparkling mineral water

  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine green apple, basil, and apple cider vinegar with a splash of water. Blend until smooth.

  2. Strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.

  3. Stir in celery powder and maple syrup until fully dissolved.

  4. Pour over ice and top with club soda.

  5. Garnish with a basil sprig or apple slice.

Bilberry Virgin Mojito

A fruity, herbaceous mocktail that is healthy, cools the body, and looks as gorgeous as it tastes. The bilberry gives it a jewel-toned hue and a burst of anthocyanin-rich goodness for your eyes, skin, and circulation.

Ingredients:

  • ½ tsp Eclectic’s freeze-dried bilberry powder

  • 6–8 fresh mint leaves

  • Juice of ½ lime

  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup or simple syrup (to taste)

  • 8 oz sparkling water or club soda

  • Ice

  • Optional: fresh berries or mint sprig for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a glass, muddle mint leaves with lime juice and maple syrup.

  2. Stir in the bilberry powder until fully dissolved.

  3. Add ice and top with sparkling water.

  4. Gently stir to combine.

  5. Garnish with a mint sprig and a few fresh blueberries or blackberries.

Iced Nettles Matcha Latte

Nettle powder brings grounding, green nourishment—especially rich in iron, calcium, magnesium, and silica. It’s like a plant-based multivitamin in a latte. Add matcha for a little extra lift or keep it pure and caffeine-free for afternoon balance.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Eclectic’s freeze-dried nettle powder

  • 1 cup oat milk or almond milk

  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey (to taste)

  • Ice

  • Optional: ¼ tsp matcha powder for gentle caffeine

Instructions:

  1. In a jar or shaker, combine nettle powder, milk, and sweetener.

  2. Add matcha if desired.

  3. Shake or stir well until fully blended and frothy.

  4. Pour over a glass of ice.
