Ingredients:
½ tsp Eclectic’s Freeze-Dried Celery Juice Powder
½ green apple, chopped
Handful of fresh basil (about 6–8 leaves)
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1–2 tsp maple syrup (to taste)
Club soda or sparkling mineral water
Ice
Instructions:
In a blender, combine green apple, basil, and apple cider vinegar with a splash of water. Blend until smooth.
Strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
Stir in celery powder and maple syrup until fully dissolved.
Pour over ice and top with club soda.
Garnish with a basil sprig or apple slice.

Instructions:
In a glass, muddle mint leaves with lime juice and maple syrup.
